Directions: Shake well before use. Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. For infants under 6 months, consult a doctor. Reapply: Immediately after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and at least every two hours. Sun Protection: Apply regularly with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen. Other sun protection tips include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear a hat and sunglasses.
