Directions: Shake well before use. Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. For infants under 6 months, consult a doctor. Reapply: After swimming or sweating for 80 minutes, immediately after towel drying, and at least every two hours. Sun Protection: Apply regularly with a broad-spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen. Other sun protection tips: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
