What it is : This toner helps provide elasticity to the tired skin without irritation. Contains Hydrolyzed Collagen to nourish tired skin and make it healthy and elastic. Penetrates quickly between skin cells and replenishes elasticity even to the depths of skin lacking in nutrients. Formulated with Allantonin and Panthenol which help protect sensitive skin and strengthen the skin barrier, as well as prevent moisture evaporation from the skin.

How to use: 1. Wet a cotton pad with a moderate amount of the toner and apply it from the inside to the outside along the skin textures as if wiping. 2. Apply a moderate amount to the face with your hands and pat it gently for better absorption.
