Available in eight jewel-toned colors, this eye glitter includes both fine pearlescent particles and large glitter flecks for maximum shine. The water-based formula adheres closely and promises comfortable wear with minimal fallout. The eye glitter features a soft silicone brush for precise application on eyelids and under-eye areas without clumping.
