How to Use: Heel Patch 1. Wash the area where you want to apply the patch thoroughly and dry it completely. 2. Remove the patch and remove the white cover at the center of the back of the product. 3. Place the patch horizontally on your heel, securing it tightly with the long side. Wrap the flaps around the heel to adhere. 4. Remove after 2 hours. If you use it before bed, you'll experience deeper moisturizing effects the next day.

How to Use a Foot File 1. After thoroughly soaking your feet, gently press the callused areas. For even better results, use with the Vashel Foot Callus Remover or Softener.
