Directions: Twist cap and remove foil seal. Adults and children 2 years and older, brush teeth after each meal or at least twice daily, or as directed by a dentist or specialist. For children 2-6 years of age, use only a pea-sized amount (to minimize swallowing) and supervise your child as they brush and rinse their mouth. For children under 2 years of age, consult a dentist or specialist.
