Directions for Use: For sun protection: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply at least every 2 hours. How to protect yourself from the sun. The longer you spend in the sun, the greater your risk of skin cancer and premature skin aging. To reduce this risk, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher regularly.
