INCUBATOR POULTRY HATCHERY HATCHER WAXSCOPIC AUTOMATIC EGG TURNING MACHINE 30 EGGS - INTELLIGENT SUPPORT FOR BREEDING Are you dreaming of accurate and easy egg incubation process at home? Do you want to have full control over the hatching process to ensure the best conditions for embryos? Discover an incubator that combines the convenience of automatic egg turning and ovoscoping, offering you peace of mind and incubation success! AUTOMATIC EGG TURNING EVERY 2 HOURS – INCREASE YOUR HATCHING RATE! The incubator automatically turns eggs every 2 hours, ensuring even heat distribution and embryo development . Regular turning of eggs prevents them from sticking to the shell. Thanks to this mechanism, the eggs are better prepared for hatching , which translates into a higher success rate in the incubation process. PRECISE TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY CONTROL – ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS The incubator is equipped with advanced temperature control system and displays humidity levels, , ensuring ideal conditions for effective incubation. Thanks to the easy ability to adjust parameters, you can precisely adjust the settings to your needs to achieve the best possible result. This is a perfect solution for people who want to have full control over the incubation process, eliminating the risk of unwanted changes in temperature or humidity. MAINTAIN HUMIDITY WITHOUT OPENING THE LID – EASY AND SAFE HUMIDIFICATION You control the humidity level in the hatching chamber easily and conveniently – just add water to a special trough through dedicated opening, without having to open the incubator lid. Thanks to this you avoid heat loss and maintain stable incubation conditions. Detailed refilling instructions are described in the instruction manual included with the kit. BUILT-IN OVOSCOPIC – OBSERVE EMBRYO DEVELOPMENT! The incubator is equipped with a built-in LED ovoscope , which allows you to easily and regularly monitor the condition of the eggs and embryo development. Thanks to this feature, you can ongoing checks whether the incubation process is progressing correctly without having to purchase additional devices or lights. The ovoscope provides convenient and safe observation of embryos, which minimizes the risk of unnecessary disruptions to incubation. HOW TO PREPARE EGGS FOR INCUBATION? Choose only fresh, fertilized eggs – it is best to incubate them within 4–7 days after laying . Avoid washing eggs with water, as this can damage their natural protection. Furthermore, do not store eggs in the refrigerator , as low temperatures can impair embryo development. To ensure proper development of the chicks, place eggs in the incubator with the pointy end down . This position supports proper embryo development and increases the chances of successful hatching. SAFE INCUBATOR OPERATION During the incubation process try to open the incubator lid as little as possible - frequent removal may disrupt stable temperature and humidity conditions, which are crucial for embryo development. If the ambient temperature is too low, consider placing it in a perfectly fitted thermal protection - Styrofoam (included with the incubator) which will help maintain optimal conditions. SMART DISPLAY IN THE CONTROL PANEL Heating indicator Temperature display Settings indicator Humidity display Ovoscope WHAT DOES THE INCUBATOR CONSIST OF? Control panel Rotating shaft Water tank cover Automatic egg tray Water tank Base Vent/water filling hole EMBRYO DEVELOPMENT MONITORING – 3 KEY STAGES To track the progress of incubation, monitor embryo development at key moments: Day 5–6 : check fertilization – remove infertile eggs, those with loose yolk, or a dead embryo. Day 11–12 : assess development – embryos should be large, with visible blood vessels and a large air cell. Day 16–17 : aim the egg at the ovoscope – a well-developed egg will be dark, with a distinct air cell. Dead embryos have blurred vessels and indistinct boundaries. HATCHING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE DEVICE In the final phase of incubation (days 19–21) increase humidity and slightly lower the temperature to 37–37.5°C – this is crucial for proper penetration of the shell by the chicks. During the final phase of incubation – just before the chicks hatch – , both the egg tray and the turner mechanism should be removed from the incubator. This gives the newly hatched chicks more space and is not at risk of injury from the turner movement. It is best to remove these components approximately 2-3 days before the planned end of incubation. After hatching, thoroughly clean and dry the incubator. Regular maintenance will not only extend the life of your device, but will also protect the electronics from damage.
