Rest for 15 to 20 minutes and then remove the sheet. Gently tap the remaining essence to absorb.Tip: If you want to use it cold: Store the sealed product in the refrigerator before use to enhance its revitalizing and soothing properties. If you want to use it warm: Place the sealed product in warm water for 2-3 minutes before use.
