Usage Instructions

All Helen Kaminski products are handmade, thus the thickness, shape, and color of the raffia may vary. Raffia is a natural fiber that is sensitive to temperature and humidity. Any natural protrusions are not considered defects. The raffia material cannot be washed; in case of stains, gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth or wet wipe (using detergent may cause stains and fading).

Precautions

Due to natural plant dyeing, there may be color variations. Additionally, colors may change over time, which may be more pronounced in certain hues and can appear similarly in products sold at authorized department stores.

The interior bedding of the hats should be spot cleaned with dry water and a neutral detergent. Do not wash the raffia material. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. If storing for prolonged periods in a dried condition, the product may become damaged, so it should be stored unfolded and flat. Two types of brand logo tags are imported, so please note this when purchasing.

Some products may have revisions in sewing methods in response to customer feedback about discomfort when removing tags or wear. Depending on the production period, the sewing may come in two types, but all are normal products, so exchanges or refunds for this reason are not available. The internal hairband may be randomly shipped in one of two types based on the season or production period.
