How to Use: As a sunscreen: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: After swimming or sweating for 80 minutes, towel dry immediately and at least every two hours. How to Protect Yourself: Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher regularly. Other sun protection tips: Avoid outdoor activities, especially after 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Wear a long-sleeved shirt and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses. Infants under 6 months: Consult a doctor.
