This is The Baby-Sitters Club 2 (by Ann M. Martin), subtitled The Truth About Stacey, a graphic novel version by Raina Telgemeier, who also illustrated Smile. As you can see in the fourth photo, it is autographed by Telgemeier. I bought it at Barns & Nobel in New York.

There are small creases on the corners of the front and back covers, but otherwise it is in good condition.
