Omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFAs) are polyunsaturated fats found in oils extracted from cold-water fish such as salmon, mackerel, and tuna, as well as in the seed oils of flax, walnuts, hemp, and other plants. They are essential nutrients, necessary for complete health but cannot be produced on their own. They must be obtained through food or supplements.
Suggested Use
As a supplement, take two softgels daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For best results, take with meals.
