It contains active vitamin forms of riboflavin 5'phosphate, pyridoxal 5'phosphate, L-5-methylfolate, and methylcobalamin, along with chelated mineral glycinates of magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, and molybdenum. Chromium polynicotinate and L-selenomethionine are excellent forms of minerals, and calcium is provided as a fully reacted citrate in a very small particle size to reduce clumping.
