Product Description: Vegan™Paradise Shine Eye Sequin is a long-wearing liquid eyeshadow that delivers a radiant combination of shimmering pearls and glitter. The innovative, lightweight water-based formula applies easily and adheres quickly to create vivid eyes and a variety of levels of radiance.

How to use the product: Use the wand to spray the shadow directly onto the eyelids, then blend using your fingers or a brush.
