Product Description: Established in 1988 Mild, pure ingredient improvement effect Hypoallergenic, slightly acidic toner soothes skin irritated by external irritants. Hypoallergenic, slightly acidic, mildly acidic formula with a pH similar to the skin lipid membrane provides comfort without causing stress on the skin. Contains 'Panthensoside™' Panthenol and madecassoside soothe irritated skin. Cooling Relief™ ingredient soothes tired skin. Soothes the skin.

How to use the product: After washing your face, apply the product to the palm of your hand and gently pat it on the skin to absorb. For skin sensitive to irritation, refrigerate the toner before use, or soak a cotton pad or dry sheet with the toner and use it as a pack.

Ingredients: Purified water, propanediol, glycerin, betaine, panthenol, 1,2-hexanediol, polyglycerin-3, ethylhexylglycerin, disodium EDTA, carbomer, madecassoside, butylene glycol, thimble flower. (Scutellaria baicalensis) root extract, tocopherol, green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract.
