Use once a week as a guide.
1. Use dry hands to remove the pack from the bag. With the transparent film in front of you, gently open the cut part with your finger, then peel off the film.
*Once opened, use the pack immediately.
2. Moisten your nose evenly and generously with water.
3. Wipe wet hands thoroughly, then apply the smooth surface to the skin and adhere closely.
4. Continue to dry the pack until stiff.

*Please be aware that if you dry it too much, the pack will become too hard, and if you peel it off forcibly, the skin may peel off, etc., and damage your skin.
