The bicycle alarm arrived in northern Germany after 16 days. After unpacking, I noticed that it rattles a lot. But that disappeared after inserting the 9-block battery. The bracket is intended for 15 mm tube thickness (frame). But my Ebike has a 30 mm frame. It makes sense to mount the alarm system under the saddle. Screws are included. The remote control is already equipped with a battery (replaceable) and works immediately. The alarm volume is around 110 decibels. Triggered when the bike moves. If you press "close", there will be 1 confirmation beep, if you press "open" 2 confirmation beeps.

Without movement the alarm starts when it should be in standby. Sometimes it waited a few seconds and then sounded alarm. The remote grey button sometimes sticks for a few minutes. I have assembled and reassembled the remote times. Removed rubber buttons but still I can set the alarm and half a second later it is alarming!! The product is a good idea. Can I have 2 replacements which have been checked first? How do I return this unreliable item. Soon I will order other items. Thank you
