Product Description: Niacinamide Alleviates dullness and uneven skin tone Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) 3% Daily brightening mist toner containing niacinamide and brightening synergy complex (tranexamic acid, vitamin C) brightens dull skin and evens out skin tone.

How to use: After washing your face, hold the container about 20cm (8 inches) away from your face, close your eyes, and gently spray over your entire face. You can also spray directly onto a cotton pad or your hands and gently apply over your entire face as a toner.

Ingredients: Purified water, niacinamide (3%), 1,2-hexanediol, butylene glycol, propanediol, grape (vitis vini fera) extract, tranexamic acid, ethyl ascorbyl ether, panthenol, glycerin, beta-glucan.
