How to use the product: Apply generously 15 minutes before exposure to sunlight. Reapply at least once every two hours. If you swim or sweat, use waterproof sunscreen. Infants under 6 months of age: Measures to block pseudo-ultraviolet rays. Regularly use sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher. Other ways to block UV rays include: *Avoid outdoor activities between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. * Wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
