I received the item which is not complete. I will attach a photo to show that I have the middle part missing and instead i received 5 corners instead of 4. Apart from that I was asked to pay 3.25 Euros at the post office. I will also attached a copy of the receipt This is the tracking number that I have for the product 2DEGE68X The tracking number BP001727466MT which is on the receipt that I paid is the tracking number of our post office as your tracking number is not good for Malta tracking number system. So now I think you have all that you need and will be waiting for a reply and also for the missing centre piece as without it what I bought is useless.
Non sono stato informato dell'arrivo del pacco 15 giorni fa dall'ufficio postale, non ho ricevuto alcun avviso o informazione sul tracciamento dell'ordine una volta che il pacco era in Spagna, cioè non sapevo come tracciarlo l'ordine una volta arrivato in Spagna, si prega di informare quale impiegato postale o azienda lo consegnerà per tenere traccia, disinformazione sull'arrivo dell'ordine.
Sono arrivati integri, li userò d'estate, non posso dire altro adesso
