And unfortunately I can't find any way to contact the official Blackview store, even though Joom said I could contact the shop myself. Joom's chat support now says I have to wait 2 days for a response. I feel like I've been ripped off, because I've also read something about a 30-day guarantee and right of return on my item. Is this all a bad joke, right? 140€ usage fee for just 2-3 weeks of mobile phone use is clearly too much and a very bitter experience.. I'm curious to see if I'll ever get a working phone or a complaint and a refund. Maybe technical support will be enough, but there seems to be no customer service here, no way to contact them and reviews don't seem to be read or commented on. Customers with problems are unfortunately stuck here, sad but true.

The product complies with the description and specifications. Android 13 multilingual is installed and you can choose one of many available languages. When the phone was turned on, the battery had 68% charge. After connecting to the Internet and updating the application, I installed Antutu 10.2. Here again, a pleasant surprise - the phone reaches over 407,000 points. It must be admitted that the phone runs very smoothly and quickly. Applications install quickly. SCREEN The screen is really nice. It has very vivid and dynamic colors. BATTERY The battery lasted for two days of quite intensive use of the phone. Obviously, as a new "toy", it wasn't easy. Installing your applications, configuring accounts, and going through the maze of system settings causes the battery to drain. From the very beginning of use, two SIM cards were inserted and high-speed Internet via WiFi and Bluetooth was turned on non-stop with the watch connected. LANDING Charging started when the phone had 7% battery remaining. Full charging time is approximately 35 minutes. We'll see what happens in the next few days. However, the fast charger option works flawlessly. APPARATUS This is the least tested area by me so far. I took some photos in quite poor lighting and the result was very good considering the conditions. Clear photos with good color reproduction. DELIVERY TIME In my case, the phone arrived before the time specified by the seller, which was undoubtedly nice. I also see shortcomings, such as a white charger with a white cable, which is easy to confuse with others you have at home. The phone could also be equipped with the 14th version of Android. Well, I don't mind it as it's a product worth considering at this price.
