How to Use:
1.Clean and dry affected area
2.Remove the plastic backing from one side of the patch.
3.Smooth that side over the area where you want pain relief.
4.As you remove the other half of the plastic backing, smooth the remainder of the patch over the pain area.
One plaster can be used for 2-3 days, there should be an interval of 3-5 hours before using the next plaster, a course is 5 plasters, and use of 3-4 courses is suggested for best result.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
1. Rash,ache or excessive skin irritation occurs.
2. Conditions worsen.
3. Symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occour again within a few days.
