This is a micro cast spool for the 20 Metanium.
Two types of groove depth are available. Please choose according to your fishing style.
By incorporating a lightweight spool, it improves short pitch casting and makes it easier to handle lighter lures.
You can also convert it to a magnetic brake by attaching a separately sold magnetic brake.
The shallow groove type 20MT24R is recommended for finesse bass fishing using PE line of around 1.5, as well as for use in mountain stream trout.
The deep groove type 20MT42R has a line capacity that is just right for slightly lighter fishing using 8Lb to 12Lb fluorocarbon,
allowing you to comfortably cast lightweight shad plugs, etc.
You can experience the essence of the micro cast spool, which improves performance without sacrificing winding length and spool weight by optimizing the amount of thread wound.
If you use the spool rim for thumbing, friction may cause the anodizing to peel off!
