First of all it arrived in less than 10 days, and this is great when you have to give a gift in the short term 👌 This set of felt-tip pens is professional as the colors are in all shades, not duplicates and the thin tip is capable of making accurate and precise drawings. I leave a 5star here as after a misunderstanding, the customer support reacted quite prompt and the the issue was immediately solved. The markers a good overall.
