The heart thing was stuck at place i git two of these on other one it was fine but on this it was damaged+heart wasn’t moving when pearl was down heart was up not satisfied.

Disappointed when I received my order the necklace has a knot that cannot be undone. Suddenly the little pearl is blocked at the very top, instead of being at the bottom.

Very beautiful necklace, the cream is the 4th time I've ordered it 👍 delivery 1 month is much too long, thanks to the delivery man and to you Joom 👍
