Dim lights, but maybe at night it will be better, except that personally the party starts during the day and I can't see myself blowing up balloons at night to put the lights on and turn them on the night before, will the batteries last or even the lightbulbs. 4 out of 10 that don't work

It's nice thing. But I thought that they can light in one color also, like to be only blue or red, no blinking. But they have only "party" mode, blinking all colors one after another. But I like it anyway, I am pretty sure I will find the way and occasion to use it.
