Regarding an order from you - I ordered 30 pieces of 18mm magnets last month and received all of them without the fixing parts. Today I placed another order and I want to ask if it's possible to include those missing parts (30) in it because the magnets are of no use to you without them, and I have nothing to do with the magnets without those parts.

Purtroppo Vi faccio notare che tutte le calamite sono rigate. Questo perché nelle confezioni sono mischiate e non unite (maschio e femmina) . Pertanto chiedo o la sostituzione del prodotto o il rimborso. Grazie per la collaborazione.

Incântată, iarași nu ajung elemente de fixare. Deja nu mai stiu de la cine sa comand ca sa primesc ce trebuie. Mi au rambursat partea care lipseste, multumesc
