The MT-G series, featuring the functional beauty of a shock-resistant body made from a blend of metal and resin, is now even more advanced. The MTG-B2000 features a new shock-resistant design and a lighter weight thanks to a new shock-resistant construction. This model utilizes a newly developed "Dual Core Guard Structure" that combines metal, resin, and carbon materials to protect the module with a one-piece carbon monocoque case and a metal exterior. This further enhances shock resistance. The band structure incorporates fine resin parts into hollow solid links, achieving a refined functional beauty. Separate metal frame and bezel allow for striking coloring. The metal components that make up the exterior are mirror-finished, embodying the essential beauty of a watch. The side buttons are also guardless. Highly transparent sapphire crystal and the delicate engraving on the indices and inset dials, achieved through the fine processing techniques of the Casio Yamagata factory, further enhance the watch's quality. In terms of functionality, the watch supports time adjustment via Bluetooth® connection. Connecting to the G-SHOCK Connected* app via Bluetooth® smartphone link allows for time correction without the need to press any buttons when the smartphone is nearby. It obtains time information from an online time server, automatically adjusting to the local time even when traveling across time zones. Furthermore, the watch is equipped with Multiband 6, which supports standard timekeeping signals from six stations around the world.
