How to use
For a cooling effect, store in the refrigerator or freezer before use.
For a warming effect, heat in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time only; do not overheat at once as it may burst.

After use, if it becomes dirty, gently wash with water or mild soap and reuse once fully dry.
