Suggested Use: For infants 1-3 years of age, take one scoop daily. For adults and children 4 years of age and older, take up to one scoop twice daily. Mix one scoop with at least 4-6 oz of liquid, such as milk, water, or your preferred beverage. This prebiotic powder can be mixed into yogurt and other foods as a snack or meal.
