It features spouts on both sides, allowing you to pour into cups or mugs with either your dominant hand. The measuring scale is marked in 100ml increments up to 600ml, and serves as a guide. Enamel's glassy surface is resistant to acids and alkalis, making it ideal for making miso soup, soups, and jams. It doesn't react chemically with ingredients, so the flavor of the ingredients is preserved. Glass is also highly corrosion-resistant, making it difficult for bacteria to grow and easy to keep clean, making it ideal for making baby food and nursing care meals.
