The MECHA-CREAM PAN BOOSTER is an evolution of the Cream Pan Booster, creating an even cleaner, more transparent booster. The transistors have been changed to produce a more modern tone texture. The MODE switch also allows you to adjust the brightness, especially when combined with a tube amplifier or distortion effect. The difference in tone caused by the MODE switch is small, but you will notice a difference in the balance of the tone when you actually play. Specifically, there is a slight difference in the compression strength (saturation) and brightness of the sound. It also features two internal switches. These allow you to adjust the clarity or brightness of your tone. The TONE1 switch brightens the boost sound. The TONE2 switch enhances the clarity of your tone, especially when the VOL knob is near the center. While it's common for effects pedals made by other manufacturers to be further tweaked, the MECHA-PAN BAKERY Series are modified versions of Effects Bakery pedals.
