Men produce about twice as much sebum as women, so RiUP Scalp Shampoo addresses the problem of excess sebum buildup on men's scalps from multiple angles! "Accumulated sebum" affects the penetration of hair growth and hair care products. "Accumulated sebum" can prevent hair growth and hair care products from penetrating the scalp.
