How to make (white rice) (1) Place well-washed rice in a pot and add water, referring to the water level line on the inside of the pot. (2) Soak the rice in water for more than 30 minutes. (3) Cook on high heat for about 10 minutes, then on low heat for about 10 minutes. (4) After cooking, steam for about 10 minutes to make it more delicious. *For brown rice, soak for 6 to 7 hours and use 1.5 to 2 times more water and cooking time. Add a pinch of salt before turning on the heat to cook the rice softer.
