How to use: Keep the instructions for future use. How to use the pacifier: Boil in water for 5 minutes before first use. Leave for 5 minutes and then feed to baby. A small amount of water may enter the pacifier during washing. This can be drained by squeezing the pacifier. This is for hygiene purposes. Wash before use. Sterilization method: All can be steam sterilized (electric or microwave) according to the manufacturer's instructions, or soaked in a liquid sterilization solution or boiled in water for 5 minutes or more. Do not use harsh detergents. Do not soak the pacifier in sweet substances or medications. This can cause cavities. For safety and hygiene, replace the pacifier every 1-2 months. Don't worry if the pacifier gets stuck in your mouth. It cannot be swallowed and is designed to handle such situations. Remove it as gently as possible. Some newborns usually suck on the pacifier as they need to get used to the pacifier. So when you put the pacifier in your baby, shake the pacifier a few times. During the day, place the pacifier in daylight, not direct sunlight, so that the button glows in the dark. The LED light does not charge the preheat button. MAM recommends that you stop using the pacifier at age 3. Sterilizer Box Instructions: Remove all stickers from the box. Wash the pacifier and box with mild soapy water and rinse with clean water before use. This is for hygiene purposes. If you are using the self-sterilization method, make sure the pacifier, box, and microwave (including the waveguide cover and turntable) are completely clean and free of dust, food residue, grease, or oil particles. Failure to do so may cause the product or box to melt and sparks in the microwave or burn the waveguide cover. First, hold the box and fill it with 25 ml/0.9 fl oz of water up to the mark (Figure A). Then, place the pacifier in the box with the nipple facing down (Figure B). Close the box and heat in the microwave at 750-1,000 watts. Set the microwave timer to sterilize simultaneously, depending on the number of boxes (Figure C). Follow the instructions for use with your microwave. Do not place the sterilizer box in the center of the turntable. Do not leave the microwave running while the sterilization process is in progress. Stop microwave cooking immediately when the water boils completely. Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes. Open the microwave. Number of double boxes1 2 3Recommended sterilization time (minutes) 3 times 7 times 9The boxes, water, and pacifiers may still be very hot after the 5-minute cooling period. The pacifiers stored in the airtight box after microwave sterilization will remain sterile for up to 48 hours. If using immediately, discard any remaining water after opening. Allow the pacifiers to dry with the package slightly opened. Check the temperature of the pacifiers before use. Failure to set the water level, power level, and time properly can damage the microwave, pacifiers, and box, and may result in reduced effectiveness. Use only with MAM pacifiers.
Caution: Do not tie the pacifiers around your baby’s neck, as this may result in strangulation. Safety instructions are included. Read instructions before use. Keep sterilizer box out of reach of children. Inspect carefully before use. Pull the sucker in all directions. Discard it if it shows any signs of damage or weakness. Use only dedicated suckers that have been tested to EN 12586. Never attach other ribbons or cords to the sucker. This can cause suffocation. Do not expose the sucker to direct sunlight, heat or leave it in the sterilization solution for longer than recommended, as this can weaken the nipple.
