How to use: Apply 1 patch per day. 1. Choose a skin area. The patch adheres better when applied to an area free of hair, lotion and oil residue. Wash your skin thoroughly and dry it. 2. Remove the release liner from the patch. 3. Apply the patch to the skin and press firmly. 4. To avoid skin irritation, leave the patch on for up to 8 hours. 5. Remove the patch, fold it in half, and discard it. 6. Repeat the next day with a new patch.
