Update. You can't change the rear tire yourself without being a car/motorcycle electrician. There is no connection for the power cable outside the bottom plate with a box that holds the battery and a bunch of wires. Absolutely ridiculously poorly designed. The battery is dead on the one I got. It's lively and strong for the first 3-400 meters and then it decreases quickly. After 2 kilometers the battery is completely discharged and needs 3 hours of charging. And when you charge, the socket for the charging cable is designed so that a rubber gasket goes there to protect against water as it is on the side of the box you are standing on. To get it in place you have to lie on your side on the floor and hold it for a while. Customer service just tries to get away with EVERYTHING. It's not about me getting a Monday sex, it's just crap that should never have gone into production. The scooter does not have Bluetooth and it says so on the manufacturer's website. However, most people think so because there is no display on it. Therefore, the seller has not misled me but has not informed me about it. Now they have changed the description on the website so that you can see it if you click on compare with other models. Cruise control engages when you have been at full throttle for a few hundred meters and I find that unpleasant. You have to brake hard for it to disengage. The engine brakes when you turn the throttle down and it turns off when you go what I estimate is 20 km/h on a downhill slope (full throttle). The saddle is black. I wanted a brown one. First of all, it came with a completely dead battery. It was completely dead. But in three hours it was fully charged so I was going to try it out. Also, the rear tire was almost completely flat. So I wonder how long it had been in the box before delivery.... The front tire had the right air pressure.

Perfect for me. Small disadvantage the battery charger always lights up green instead of first red and charged green. But it does work! The scooter itself is beautiful and sturdy of material and convenient for me to still be a bit mobile (I am 62). Only downside that it weighs quite a bit but very sturdy then again to ride and with the suspension top. I am very happy with it for this price. Note that you still have to tighten part of the screws and mount the front wheel which goes quickly and easily, but was inconvenient for me because I can hardly bend over AND I will take it to a bicycle shop to check if everything is properly tightened before I go out on the road with it. Update after 1 day of riding I kept feeling a bump. Rear tire was not good (visible in photo) so had a new one fitted because I couldn't return it due to the weight.
