Ingredients: CarnoSyn® Beta Alanine, Vegetable Capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, dye: calcium carbonate), stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (Methocel®); anticaking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
How to use:
Take 2 capsules after breakfast and approximately 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before exercise with plenty of water.
