How to use the product: Shake. Press lightly. Massage. Shake well before use. With the applicator facing down, lightly press down on the tube, then roll the ball onto your skin to apply a thin layer of product to the needed area. Gently massage into skin 3 times a day or as needed. If you apply heat or ice, apply Arnicare Roll-On 5 minutes later.
