How to use the product: Peel off one patch and apply it to the inside of your wrist or a clean, dry vein area. The patch can be left on for up to 12 hours. Is everything done? Remove the patch and discard it.
Ingredients: Ashwagandha root powder, rhodiola rosea extract, passion flower powder, menthyl lactate, ginger root extract, L-theanine, GABA, magnesium beta hydroxybutyrate, CoQ10, piper nigrum extract, d- Calcium pantothenate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCL), folic acid, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), adhesive.
