Q1: Why does it not work after charging overnight and only works when the power is turned on?
A1: If the package you purchased contains a battery, please take out the battery and tear off the insulating paper on the battery. If the package you purchased does not include batteries, please use 18650 batteries to power the flashlight.
Q2: Why doesn’t the flashlight light up? Are there any loose parts inside?
A2: Generally there will be no looseness. It may be because you did not tighten the flashlight (middle and tail). Once you tighten it and make sure the battery contact is good, you won't feel anything loose.
