Very disappointed, I have been ordering goods from JUM for many years, the quality of the goods has always been satisfactory. I want to return : The boots cost 56.76 euros. The shoe is terrible, the freebies fall out, expanding the top of the boot and the boot becomes like indoor slippers. In addition, the material is clearly not genuine leather, as stated. I won't wear them.. Shoes 8.7 euros: the webbing in the left shoe is higher than the right. They are impossible to wear. The purchase price is 3070 UAH. This is the amount of my pension.. I can't find the company's phone number or email address to return the product.. Don't deceive people, don't ruin your reputation.. You made me very upset and I lost a lot of money, If I can't get my money back, I won't buy anything from you again.

They look good, I took 41 for my 39, they fit. Only the hanging trinkets look cheap, they need to be replaced. I don't know yet how they will wear.
