Unfortunately, I didn't get on so well with it. If you fill it with water, it expands so much when it freezes that you can't get it out. I have no idea how that's supposed to work.

2 blankets were OK after the first wash. Unfortunately the inside of the 3rd blanket was lumpy and unevenly distributed.
