I normally wear size 42. I ordered 1 size larger because it might be too tight. I bought 43. But I couldn't wear it too tight. Can I get a refund or exchange for a size bigger? Moreover, I ordered khaki green and the wrong color arrived. The color has nothing to do with the order. What method should I follow? Can I get a refund or a discount for defective goods?

Usually shoes of size 41.5 fit me. I took sandals of size 42 - they barely fit. And if you have a wide foot, the fastener is a bit short - it doesn't fasten.
