Ingredients: millet flour, bamboo fiber 11%, psyllium husk powder 11% (from the seeds of psyllium ovoid), oatmeal flour, shelled sunflower seeds 5.1%, shelled pumpkin seeds 5.1%, salt, golden flax flour.

How to use:
