Unstable dc adapter, as result leds have the unstable light, I mean blinking light. You should put the fan when turn On maximum light intensity. DC adapter has sound - mb capacitor, mb induction... and hot temperature after few hours works.
Unfortunately, the box had a hole and the adjustable bracket was missing. Very bad, if it is presented, that's part of it. Only half order received. Unfortunately, the regulation is not visible in the video and the flickering is only seen by the camera, not by the eye. !!!!!!Caution this lamp is not for small animals or larger animals !!!!!! For plants only! Lamp works and is being tested. During test... lamp generates a temperature of 25°C (with circulating air fans 2 times) The dimming controller reacts to dimming in steps that are too small. MAX and minimum within 10% of knob rotation. But the lamp can be dimmed very well despite the small path of the controller. For beginners home garden, only to be recommended. Tomato/cucumber/chilli cuttings and seedlings grow optimally. Rating for vegetation mode. Bloom review follows.....
