The product arrived well packed and intact. I haven’t tried it on my pet yet. UPDATE: I tried it on my cat and it did a great job . However, I didn’t use any of the guide combs that come with the machine , because I intended to totally trim my cat’s hair. But they work too, because initially I’ve tried one of them to see if they are of any good, but I think it is better to use them on dense hair or when you want to give your pet a nice even trim , not to cut all the fur . The machine worked on batteries for the whole process, but I did charge it before using, according to the instructions. At the moment , I’m very pleased with the product !!!

I used it, it's really good actually. Easy to charge and the price was great. It came charged and it lasted a good hour. If the fur is really thick then it's gonna work a bit slower but still efficient even tho its battery is not gonna last as longl Through not so thick fur it works great and it's easy to use

When the item arrived it looked fine but when used after 2 times it doesn't work well. it doesn't hold charge and the blades are faulty aswell. Do not recommend

Can you put normal batterie in the electrical trim the lead for charging very short.when useing cannot do it probably .also when took of charge does not work
