The velcro is really good and strong, but unfortunately the glue/tape isn't. So the sofa cushions still move, with both sides of the velcro being stuck together fasted on either the pillow or the base.

They are pretty strong, and the glue sticks (for the time being) even if you take them off and put them elsewhere.
