Not worth the headache in sending back to the outside address of pkg for refund with another company because when I did, was told I had to send it back to ShenZeng, CHN! Cost of sending back to CHN plus my refund = I paid them 2x the amount of the item! So, your items went into the trash!

This is obviously a copy of a high quality bag but for the price it is acceptable.
